Dol Guldur was Sauron's base of operations in the forest of Mirkwood. Here, he regained some of his former strength and, as the Necromancer, corrupted a large part of the once fair forest.
In the Edain Mod, Dol Guldur is an outpost building for Mordor which costs 2500. This building will passively poison nearby enemy troops. Here, you can recruit the Dol Guldur orcs, as well as Mirkwood Spiders, Castellans and Khamul, the Shadow of the East.
