Recruit Balin's brother, one of the Dwarves that was part of Thorin's Company, a mighty warrior. He is recruited from the Hall of Warriors.
Abilities[]

Level 1: Weapon Switch - Left click to switch between Dwalin's fearsome war hammer and his axes Ukhlat and Umraz (Grasper and Keeper). The axes hit two close-by enemies and can be swung faster. Depending on what weapon is toggled either Earth Hammer or Wrath of the Dwarves will be available. Left click on the icon to activate.
Level 3: Powerful Blow - With a mighty strike Dwalin blows his enemies out of his way. Enemies in a cone in front of Dwalin takes damage and are knocked back. Left click on the icon then left click on the target enemy.
Level 5: Oin and Gloin - For a short time Dwalin calls the brothers Oin and Gloin to his side. They follow Dwalin and attack nearby enemies. Left click on the icon to activate.
Level 8: Earth Hammer - Usable only with the hammer. Dwalin jumps up and slams his hammer into the ground, throwing back enemy units and damaging them. Doesn't damage structures. Left click on the icon to activate.
Level 8: Wrath of the Dwarves - Usable only with Dwalin's axes. Dwalin goes into a frenzy and gains +25% movement and knock-back resistance. For the duration of the ability his health cannot be reduced to 0. Left click on the icon to activate.
Upgrades[]
Dwalin can be given the following upgrade:
Mithril Coat - Requires some veterans to be sent into a Dwarven Forge. Dwarven heroes will then have the ability to purchase the Mithril Mail upgrade. The Mithril Mail gives Dwarven heroes extreme resistance to all damage. Changes Dwalin's armorset to edainwarriorheroarmorupgrade. Cost: 500
