The Great Siege Works produces Mordor's machines of war, unleashing them on any enemy buildings that have been raised to oppose the might of Sauron.

Level Up

Unlike many buildings of other factions, the Great Siege Works does not have level up upgrades. Instead, it levels up as it produces siege weapons.

• Level 2: +20% build speed
• Level 3: +30% build speed

Upgrades

Influence of Sauron - Sauron fills a building of Mordor (excluding Tol-In-Gaurhoth and the citadel) with his will, unlocking specific effects like new units or upgrades. Enables construction of Troll Catapults

Troll Catapults require the Influence of Sauron upgrade.

When targeted by the spellbook power Hammer of the Underworld (10pp), the chosen Great Siege Works will also produce the mighty, wolf-shaped battering ram, Grond, to tear down the fortifications of your enemies. Only 1 Grond can be present on the battlefield.
