- " "Forlong! Forlong!" Pippin heard the men calling. "What do they say?" he asked. "Forlong has come," Bergil answered; "old Forlong the Fat, the Lord of Lossarnach. That is where my grandsire lives. Hurrah! Here he is. Good old Forlong!""
- —The Return of the King
The Axe Warriors have trained years in the forests of Lossarnach, chopping down trees and learning the way of the axe. They have mastered this sharp weapon and now know well how to bring a building down. They come from their land to fight for Gondor. Lossarnach Axe Warriors can be recruited using the signal fire system.

Strategy[]
The Axe Warriors are the best units from the fiefdoms of Gondor to take on enemy buildings because of their passive ability, Splintering Axe Blow. Once upgraded with Heavy Armor and Forged Blades, they can make quick work of base defenses while other infantry and archers keep enemy units off of them. Due to the mechanics of signal fires they can be used for harassing, sending them to multiple buildings in order to hinder the enemy economically.
Trivia[]
- The 6-player map Imloth Melui is a valley of their fiefdom.
