The Unburnt are the elite fighters of Ered Luin, Thorin's trustworthy vanguard. Their experience in many ruthless battles makes them excel at taking down most standard units.
Abilities[]
Charge Attack - The Unburnt charge at their enemy. They gain +50% damage and speed and knock their opponents to the ground. Left click on the icon then left click on target enemy.
Upgrades[]
The Unburnt have access to the following upgrades:
Banner Carrier - This upgrade can only be given to a level 1 battalion and will promote it to level 2. At level 2 the battalion can regenerate units when out of combat. Cost: 200.

Strategy[]
The unburnt are the Elite Infantry of Ered Luin. They are significantly more expensive than guardians, but their function remains much the same. The Unburnt are a hardy group of infantry who have advantages against spearmen or heavy infantry. While they don't have a speed-boost like other Ered Luin infantry, they do have a charge attack that lets them rush into battle and break up the place.
More important than their fighting prowess, even with their upgrades, is their ability to be paired with travel ponies to come back as veterans of Khazad-Dum, which is the common heroic unit of the dwarves.
