Traitors of Rohan fight for Rohan but are payed off by the men of Isengard. They serve only Saruman and by extension Grima Wormtongue who uses them to increase his power within Rohan. The traitors wield spears and a shield stamped with the white hand of Saruman.
Abilities[]
Porcupine Formation - The Traitors set up in a circle and extend their pikes, becoming immobile but extremely deadly to cavalry.
Flank Defence - Pikemen are used to defending from all sides when battling against monsters and cavalry. As a result, they cannot be flanked. They take no extra damage from being flanked and deal full revenge damage regardless of the direction they get trampled from.
Upgrades[]

Strategy[]
Pikemen traitors can be useful in a time of need when the player doesn't have enough money to upgrade peasants; they have better stats than peasants. They can be a good defense against cavalry, better than unupgraded Farmhands because of their superior damage and armor. However, they must be used cautiously because of their time limit. Like all Traitor units, when converting a battalion of peasants you will get a full battalion of traitors; this can be a good way to make use of a battalion on the verge of death.
